Abhijeet brings with him over 25 years of hospitality experience, having worked with major brands like Knight Frank, The Taj Group, Compass Group Plc and Kamat Group of Hotels. During his stint the Kamat Group of Hotels, Abhijeet conceived, developed and executed projects that led to a firm positioning of “The Orchid” an Eco-friendly Business Hotel Brand back in 1998.
He also worked on community projects across Mumbai and with the immediate local community to further the eco-friendly message and embed the brand with the local populace. Abhijeet’s functional expertise includes operations, sales, marketing, hotel development consultancy, asset management, feasibility and valuations. His diverse consulting experience has afforded him deep insights into the functioning of the hospitality business and his analytic abilities are often sought to the advantage of business owners.

Gavin is a results-oriented and entrepreneurial-minded Global Hospitality Leader with 29 years of global experience in the industry. Gavin served as Executive Vice Chairman & CEO of Landcastle Holdings with a group turnover of over 35 million Euros from 9,000 rooms across 7 countries with an asset value in excess of 500 million Euros.

Previously, Gavin served at Excel Hotels & Resorts in Tenerife where he commenced as Managing Director before becoming Chairman in 2010. Gavin has multi-vertical experience in the development of properties from identification of land, securing planning permission, completing new builds to opening and portfolio exit transactions in multiple jurisdictions such as Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Gavin is a UK native and is fluent in Spanish and Italian. He is passionate about the impact of hospitality on the environment and is responsible for the execution of the Company’s business plan.

Suchit is the founder and CEO of Red Ribbon Asset Management Plc, the founding shareholder of Eco Hotels UK Plc. Suchit is a Mainstream Impact Investor taking established products, services and technology to Growth Markets such as India.

Climate change is a topical issue that he is passionate about and he is focused on promoting businesses that support sustainability. Suchit’s vision of a chain of carbon neutral hotels rolled out using a modern method of construction has resulted in Modulex, which will aid the rapid roll out of hotels across target markets. He is a founding shareholder of the Company.

Dev is a veteran in the UK hospitality industry with almost 50 years of experience. He started, in 1972, the first specialist hotel-booking agency aimed specifically at the corporate market – Expotel.

In 1974, he established the concept of the specialist venue-placement agency and in the early ‘80s, Expotel acquired Keith Prowse, well respected agency name in theatre tickets, creating what is known today as corporate hospitality.

When Dev sold his last ventures in 2005, he decided to freelance by providing strategic management and marketing consultancy services to companies within the industry. In more recent years, Dev set up a boutique hotel brokerage under the banner of The Hotel Property Team, acting as a specialist hotel estate agent – largely dealing with 100+ room hotels, four & five star in London, UK and capital cities in Europe. He also helps start-up ventures in the hotel and travel industry achieve their growth ambitions.
